个人简介：江苏盐城人，副主任医师，医学博士，硕士生导师。现任现任江苏省医学会血液学分会第十届感染学组委员，江苏省医学会第九届移植和免疫治疗学组委员，江苏省医学会第九届白血病学组委员，江苏省研究型医院学会造血干细胞移植和免疫治疗分会委员。
专业研究领域：血液系统恶性肿瘤、各类贫血、血小板减少等血液系统疾病，主攻于异基因造血干细胞移植及CART细胞治疗。
